When we train for strength, we improve every aspect of physical fitness. Stronger people are healthier, more capable, and have a better quality of life. Strength is in everyone, but most people do not know how to become strong.
Anyone can make you hot, sweaty, and tired. Only we can produce predictable, rapid, measurable progress over the long-term. There is nothing random about what and how we teach and we will be the first to tell you that what we teach is not complex. It's simple but hard. If you are willing to endure a little hardship and stay consistent you will receive results unlike you have ever experienced.

At The Strength Club we provide all the necessary equipment without the unnecessary distractions. Every detail has been thought out to provide the best experience for our lifters. But gym equipment by itself does not create athletes and training with a coach is far more productive.
Our coaches have extensive and varied backgrounds, but universally they are some of the best in the business. All Strength Club coaches are either Professional Barbell Coaches (PBC) or Starting Strength Coaches (SSC) and our assistant coaches and interns are actively pursuing the credential. We live what we teach and we cannot wait to share our expertise with you.
