The Strength Club helps people in Charleston build muscle, get leaner, and boost confidence in as few as 2 workouts a week using simple, no nonsense strength training.


We specialize in offering personal training in groups to accommodate all fitness goals, experience levels, and budgets.


Gym Only Memberships without personal training are available.


The Strength Club is available 24/7. Members, day pass, and week pass holders access the gym via the GymMaster Member app and unlock the door with their cell phones.

HOW WE HELP

Our simple 5 step process has helped HUNDREDS of men and women in Charleston build muscle, get leaner, and boost confidence in as few as 2 workouts a week.


Here's how it works:

  1. You'll start with a Test Workout to determine your starting point
  2. We'll create your custom weekly workout plan according to your schedule, goals, and limitations
  3. You'll be coached during each workout to ensure perfect form, progress, and safety
  4. At the end of each workout, your coach will write your next workout. You'll add weight to each exercise which gives you measurable progress every session
  5. You'll experience measurable progress by the second workout. You'll experience physically and visibly noticeable progress in 12 weeks, guaranteed.
